Room for improvement: need better stock planning as stuff could gone out-of-stock all of a sudden and affect autoship customers.
Autoship customers are basically doing "monthly return" business with you, you should make it your primary goal to satisfy these customers first. Out-of-stock of their items could lead to delays / forcing customers to change their items, that would greatly reduce the TRUST in this business relationship.
Hence, you might wanna consider selling items in store that are remained after keeping the items for autoship customers.

The longetivity of the pods are vary depending on the users.
The most impactful causes will be the draw, vaping repetition and suction power.
Longer draw will consume more liquid than shorter draw and powerful suction will consume more juice.

At times, Relx pods are hard to come by in London. If you do find them they're a bit overpriced. So this is a really great option and saves time as well.
