Is it safe to receive packages from RELX?
Yes! According to the World Health Organization, people receiving packages from China are not at risk of contracting the new coronavirus. From previous analysis, coronaviruses do not survive long on objects, such as letters or packages. But during the COVID-19 period, customs clearance time has been extended accordingly. It may take longer for you to get your package. Thank you for your patience.
Are RELX products free from COVID-19?
All product batches are being produced with additional levels of facility inspection, daily workspace disinfection, and mandatory daily staff health checks.
What actions is RELX taking?
During this period, RELX Tech has further strengthened quality control by strictly following all National Epidemic Prevention Center requirements. All our workplaces and facilities are inspected and disinfected twice daily, and all staff members undergo daily temperature checks.We are continuing to work with local authorities to ensure our facilities are free from the threat of Coronavirus, and self-regulate to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and customers.
RELX Technology has also donated to help medical workers on the frontlines, and RELX Tech employees have also made personal contributions to aid the efforts.
